If you purchase the Annual Amazon Prime Membership, you must complete the age verification process within 15 days of the date on which such membership is activated and you will be provided cashback in the form of the promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card within 10 days of successful age verification.
If you avail the free trial for the Amazon Prime Membership, you must complete the age verification process within 45 days (within 30 days of a free trial and within 15 days of paid membership at the end of the free trial) of the date on which such membership is activated and you will be provided cashback in the form of the promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card within 10 days of activation of your paid Annual Amazon Prime Membership.
Under this Offer, once you have given your consent for age verification and becomes eligible for the cashback in the form of promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card, you will not be able to cancel their Amazon Prime membership.

Steps To Avail The Offer

As this offer is only applicable on Amazon app, so download the Amazon app and sign in if already an existing account or sign up if new.

Then visit "Try Prime" section and join the annual prime membership at Rs.999.

After joining prime go to the "Manage Prime Membership" section and click on "Get Rs.500 cashback" section. Then submit your KYC documents like for age proof submit PAN card, for address proof submit Voter ID/ DL/ Passport. Aadhar card isn't accepted now. After that take a selfie of yourself and upload it.

After submitting all the documents Amazon will review it and if you will eligible then you will get a congratulation message in 3-5 days and cashback will be credited in the form of Amazon pay balance within 10 days.
